Production Team Lead

Reports to:

Production Manager

Job Purpose

• Plan the daily work in Goods In Warehouse, Production Area, and Goods Out Warehouse in order to ensure tasks are carried out efficiently.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Production and Warehouse daily tasks

• Conduct regular stock takes of our inventory and achieve 100% inventory accuracy by reconciling with data storage system.
• Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements of unloading/loading area, Good In Warehouse, Production and Good Out Warehouse.
• To schedule and supervise work in extra time.
• Manage & cross train team.

People Management skills

• Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.
• Maintains Production/Warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Set departmental objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports.

Skills and Attributes Required

• Knowledge of production and Warehouse & logistics processes
• Knowledge of Management Systems (ISO 9001/14001)
• Able to speak and write well in English preferred.
• Leadership and personnel management
• Good communication & organization skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Analytical and data interpreting skills
• Work well under pressure and results driven.
• Degree in Industrial engineering, administration or related areas preferred.
• Experience in the similar position for at least 2 years
