Maintenance Manager

Engineering, Maintenance & Facilities 

• Maintain, inspect, and repair factory machinery, utilities, and facilities including production equipment, warehouse equipment, HVAC/ACMV, compressed air systems, electrical systems, fire protection systems, and building infrastructure.
• Establish, execute, and continuously improve the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program.
• Supervise external contractors and service providers.
• Support machinery installation, modification, and commissioning activities. 

Safety, Compliance & Regulatory 

• Assist in safety incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Support compliance with relevant authorities including DOE, DOSH, BOMBA, and ST.
• Oversee Scheduled Waste management and WWTP operations in line with regulatory requirements. 

Projects, Improvement & Sustainability 

• Support production, process improvement, and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Manage and support engineering and sustainability-related projects, including solar PV systems and water recycling initiatives.
• Study and propose improvements to reduce energy and utility consumption. 

Vendor & Stakeholder Management 

• Liaise with local and overseas vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Support sourcing activities and coordination with vendors to ensure timely service delivery. 

• Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in factory utilities, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Ability to work with Auto-cad software and reading Schematics diagrams.
