Job Purpose
We are currently looking for a motivated and talented individual to join our team as an evaluation intern. This is a six-month placement designed to offer practical and enriching experience in the perfumery sector, whilst providing support to our evaluation team to cover a temporary vacancy arising from maternity leave.
This experience will enable interns to gain hands-on insight into the role of an evaluator, to participate in the various stages of perfume development, and to work within a specialist team.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage customer briefs
- Evaluate creations and products on the market
- Contribute to the analysis of market trends and benchmarks.
- Work with the creative teams to perfect olfactory creations and meet customer expectations.
- Attending test panels.
- Helping to manage and update the library of fragrance bases.
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to perfumers. Project monitoring, data entry and the creation of scent pyramids
Skills and Attributes Required
- Strong interest in the perfume industry
- Business school specialising in marketing / ESP or ISIPCA training
