Job Purpose

To implement HR processes to support CPL India business growth, in lined with global HR direction and initiatives. To partner with GMs and local line managers to ensure basic HR processes and procedures are in place and followed. To provide necessary HR solutions to all key stakeholders and ensure its business is well resourced with appropriately
remunerated and developed people to achieve their desired business outcomes. To support Global HR initiatives and projects to enable CPL to become an employer of choice.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Implement HR policies, processes, procedures and initiatives

  • Update existing local HR policies, processes and procedures
  • Provide support and solution to the management team to resolve employee relations issues
  • Work with global HR to implement relevant HR processes
  • Keep update with local employment legislation and HR best practices

Talent acquisition and management

  • Manage recruitment process and ensure processes are followed
  • Enable line managers to find the right people for the right position
  • Source and identify practical recruitment solutions
  • Implement talent management process and work with key stakeholders
  • Follow and implement internal talent development and succession planning

Performance Management

  • Educate and support managers and employees for SMART objectives setting
  • Manage feedback and review process as per timelines
  • Proactively manage performance related matter and ensure no legal dispute or unreasonable costs to CPL
  • Utilize SF system and process efficiently and effectively

Remuneration and benefits

  • Manage and support annual remuneration review process as per global HR timeline
  • Monitor local salary market and conduct salary benchmarking when required
  • Communicate salary review, variable bonus scheme
  • Conduct employee benefits review

SuccessFactors management and Reporting

  • Implement and manage all SuccessFactors modules and ensure no local issues
  • Ensure SF contains accurate information
  • Timely report any system configuration issues
  • Train local employee and managers to use the system effectively and efficiently

Global HR Initiatives and Projects

  • Report to Global HR Director to manage and support global HR initiatives
  • Provide accurate quarterly global HR report
  • Manage and support L&D activities and implement compliance training locally
  • Support global HR ad hoc projects

Administration and Facilities Management

  • Supervise the receptionist and housekeeper, provide guidance, support and performance feedback.
  • Oversee administrative functions, including office management, facilities maintenance, and vendor management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Other tasks as directed by the General Manager

Skills and Attributes Required

  • Relevant HR and business degree essential.
  • 10+ years relevant HR and industry experience in a multinational company environment
  • Experience in all basic HR process and procedures
  •  Demonstrated track record in implementing HR plans and programs that deliver business outcomes.
  •  High-level communication, collaboration and administrative skills
  •  Fluent in English both written and speaking
