Job Purpose
We are looking for a seasonal professional to join our sales team. You will be responsible for driving our the commercial strategy and sales execution within the China market. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and managing key account relationships. The Sales Manager will ensure the brand meets its financial targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and olfactory brand representation.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Monitor market development in terms of competitors, products and trends
- Develop and identify new opportunities of local key accounts
- Responsible for achieving sales budget, target margin and ensure monthly sales forecast accuracy
- Initiate presentations to facilitate a soft-sell approach for creating sales opportunities.
- Capture new opportunities to grow the accounts through winning new businesses.
- Manage project and work closely with evaluation, technical and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with business marketing team to bring in innovations and new concepts related to customers’ products and on-going projects.
- Maintain customer information and database related to the accounts.
Skills and Attributes Required
- University graduate
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and closely with team
- Good analytical skills
- Willing to travel
- 3 – 5 years sales experience with local key customers.
- Knowledge in Fragrances and personal care products ingredients is an added advantage
