Sampling Manager
Job Purpose
You will be responsible for the maintenance, management and replenishment of the samples in the lab. The staff will also liaise with sales team when required to ensure the smooth running of the sampling department and to assist with customer’s projects. Working closely with our Sampling Manager, the lab assistant will process samples, prepare for panels / conduct tests, analyse and record data / test results. Some lab environment work will include maintaining a clean workspace by following all lab regulations for health and safety.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance, management and replenishment of the samples in the lab
- Participate the daily sample preparation procedures;
- Maintain a clean and orderly laboratory environment and good laboratory practices;
- Assist & support the in-house quality check and development project
- Follow up routine laboratory work
- To transfer finished samples to agreed deadlines to project initiator according to quality guidelines.
- To liaise with the project initiators, perfumers or Laboratory Manager any issues that may delay sample deadlines.
Skills and Attributes Required
- Diploma or above preferably in science subject
- 1-2 year of work experience
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Systematic, patient and willing to learn
- Good command in English and Chinese
