Job Purpose
Support the CEO in daily administrative tasks and assist in internal/external communications, Customer relations, Project management etc.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Administrative Support
• Assist the CEO with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
• Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
• Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
• Prepare presentations, documents, and other materials as required.
Customer Communication
• Act as a point of contact for external customers, addressing inquiries and providing information to support sales activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met and follow up on sales leads.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other customer-related documentation.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on all customer communications.
Project Support
• Assist in special projects as directed by the CEO, including research, data analysis, and project coordination.
• Support cross-functional teams as needed to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Continuous Improvement
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency within the role and the broader organization.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices relevant to the company’s business.
Skills and Attributes Required
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with external customers and internal team members.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
