Job Purpose
To accurately sample, blend, and pack a mixture of aromatic oils and aroma chemicals into specified volumes using steel or HDPE drums, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and timely readiness for dispatch schedules.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Safely move mobile tanks containing blends of aromatic oils and aroma chemicals to designated areas.
- Collect and forward finished goods samples to Quality Control in compliance with company procedures.
- Conduct the mixing process in strict accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Clean and sanitize mixing equipment to defined specifications and hygiene standards.
- Operate pumps to accurately transfer product from tanks into designated drums.
- Follow pack sheets meticulously to ensure correct drum sizes, types, and labeling per customerrequirements.
- Complete all required documentation and system entries related to mixing and packing activities as percompany protocols.
- Palletize or band drums in line with customer specifications for safe and secure transport.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Identify and escalate any issues or deviations during the mixing or packing process, regardless of severity.
- Promptly report any potential safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform additional duties and support tasks as directed by the shift manager.
Skills and Attributes Required
- Proficient in reading and speaking English – Essential.
- Valid UAE Forklift Truck driving license – Essential (training can be provided if required).
- Prior experience in liquid mixing and packing – Advantageous (training available).
- Physically capable of handling hazardous materials and heavy drums safely.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- Good numerical aptitude and comfortable with measurements and quantities.
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks
