Job Purpose
Precisely collect synthetic and natural aroma chemicals, oils, and powder chemicals according to specified inventory as outlined in the company's Standard Operating Procedures and health and safety protocols. Collaborate effectively within a team, upholding comprehensive health, safety, and hygiene practices. Facilitate open communication with other departments to swiftly resolve any issues, thus maintaining the highest level of service for our Perfumers, Compounders, Sales and our production colleagues.
Tasks and Responsibilities
· Precisely weigh and collect raw materials from production warehouse to lab and manage the inventory.
· Immediately identify and report any stock issues
· Assist compounders and machine minders in swiftly collecting raw materials and consumables as needed.
· Pack the completes oils and liaise with QC and lab
· Guarantee accurate labeling of bottles, including traceability details.
· Comply with company Health & Safety and raw material handling procedures.
· Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures in the compounding lab.
· Ensure sufficient raw material stock to prevent shortages and delays.
· Place daily raw material orders and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 stock records.
· Keep work areas clean and organized, following GMP and GLP practices.
· Ensure equipment cleanliness and dryness prior to use.
· Maintain regular communication with the quality control department for smooth operations.
· Report workplace hazards promptly.
· Fulfill additional tasks as directed by the Line Manager.
Skills and Attributes Required
Qualification
A relevant qualification in Chemistry or related discipline. Previous experience in University projects / Internships / Trainings is a definite advantage.
