Job Purpose
his role starts with daytime hours 8.30am – 5pm and then transitions to night shift 10pm-6am towards end of 2026.
To manage all stock from the relevant warehouses to manufacturing, making sure that RM’s are constantly kept up to date and being used in FIFO order, bringing them into the factory as and when required by the C3 machine and Compounders. To carry out cycle counting, Update AX with Dead drum sheets, and manage stocks using AX forecasts and planned orders to ensure the production flow is continues. Move Raw materials from warehouse to factory as and when required by production.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Main Purpose of Job.

- To ensure the factory is replenished in a timely manor
- Keep accurate records of stock on the system
- To count stock daily
- To remove old stock from the factory
- Update all labels and stock numbers on refill cans
- Ensure all drums into the factory are clean
- Ensure all drums are securely racked and tapped
- Inform Shift Managers of all losses and discrepancies
- Ensure drums have pass labels and are stored in clean dry conditions
Key Responsibilities.

- Ensuring all stock movements are accounted for.
- Ensuring all work areas are clean and tidy.
- Ensure stock is placed in the appropriate location.
- Ensure drums are not damaged during storage
- Your own and your colleague’s safety.
Safety Equipment.

- A minimum of safety glasses, safety boots, hats, gloves and protective clothing to be worn within the production areas.
- Any other PPE as recommended depending on the raw material being used.
Communication.

- You must highlight any dangers within the workplace to the appropriate person.
- You must highlight any problems encountered that will stop production of a batch.
- You must report any spillage of materials to the relevant person.
It should be recognised that the above list is not exhaustive and that additional duties may be required, from time to time, as necessary.
